Submit your drawings (architectural, structural, mechanical or electrical) and survey plan for vetting and clearance.

Once your drawings and survey plan are cleared, officials from the planning office would visit your site for inspection, after which you would be given an assessment fee to pay into government account.

Once the assessment fee is paid, you would need to provide the receipt, 2passport photographs, and the land receipt or deed of assignment, and EIA/TIA (for commercial structures). Then you would be given a form to be filled by you the property owner, an engineer and an architect.

Once all documents are obtained and the form is duly filled and signed, a registration number would be given to your property.

All your documents would be passed to the tax office for further vetting and clearance.

Once your approval request is cleared of tax, you would be given a building plan permit/approval.
